II. General conditions of use
The company StrainChem (hereinafter “the publisher”) publishes a showcase site www.strainchem.com (hereinafter, the “site”).
These general conditions of use (hereinafter “CGU”), subject to French law, are intended to govern the use of the site.
Simple access to the publisher’s site, at the following URL address www.strainchem.com, automatically implies express and unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs by the user of the site.

1.1 Literary and artistic property
StrainChem owns all intellectual property rights relating to the site.
